Refurbishment Ltd were employed by Den Court
Properties and Stoke on Trent City Council to
carry out the external
refurbishment to London House. The works formed
part of a Stoke City Council regeneration scheme,
an initiative between the City
Council and the property owners. The works included
cleaning the building, extensive concrete repairs
to the frame , the application of a high performance
anti—carbonation coating as well as window
repairs and decorations.
The project was completed on time, within budget
and to the complete satisfaction of the owner,
the occupants and Stoke City Council.
